The date format issue just crushed my dreams. The U.S. default date format issue as described in Wikipedia is a non-starter for the rest of the world and some folks in the U.S. too, I'm sure. It's gotta be able to be somehow linked to Regional Options or its useless to any application that's heavy into date sensitivity. What a shame.
