Please note that the attached file requires that a DSN named "northwind" already
exists on the test machine.
The DSN must point to the standard database example Northwind mdb which can be
downloaded here:

In the attached example there are two queries, one named "works" which use the
escape sequence and the other one named "doesntwork" which use the standard
syntax.
To reproduce the bug before running the query "Run SQL Command directly" must be
disabled because the bug prevents the query to be saved with escape processing
turned on.
