Hi,

your CSV file is faulty. Line 4574 starts with "299-947-110-TY3 CL1 TEFLO","Tape
1" S/V", The fault is the closing text delimiter just behind the 1 which should
indicate the Inch symbol I guess. 

Even Excel interprets the given field faulty but with not so big consequences as
OOo.

I set this one as double to Issue 78926.

You may have a look at Issue 80385 too.
