If an extension does not contain contents which need to be processed by the
Extension Manager, other than just unzipping the oxt, then it is displayed as
having the status unknows. This is wrong.

It it possible to get the status of an extension through the API using
XPackage::isRegistered. The function returns an optional value. In other words,
an extension does not need to be registered. If this is useful is another
question.
For the case, that an extension does not contain any content that can be
registered, I suggest to not showing the "status unknown" error. The
disable/enable button must be disabled, because there is nothing to be disabled.

@bh: What do you think?
