This is a duplicate of issue 83140. This is not a simple fix and I do not see
any chance to do this for 3.0. However, I will set the target of 83140 to 3.1.
Accordingly I will remove this issue from the blocking list.
The reason for the error message is in your case that the user previously used
Java in OOo/unopkg. By updating the JRE, the saved path to runtime library has
become invalid.
