When spellcheck signals a word, and I choose "ignore all", it continues to
signal the word throughout the the rest of the spellcheck, instead of ignoring
the following instances.

For example, in Spellcheck mode, the name "Duchamp" will be signalled, and I
choose to "ignore all", as the name recurs in the text, but the next instance is
also signalled, and the next, etc.
