Load this document. You should see a single page (chapter name, subsection, two
sub-subsections, another subsection). Examine "Heading 2" paragraph style >>
Text Flow >> Breaks: It is not enabled (Heading 1 _is_ enabled, but not Heading
2, 3, etc.)

Save the document (with OOo2.0 beta) in either .odt or .sxw format (I've
reproduced the issue with both equivalently), then reload the document in either
OOo2.0beta or OOo1.1.4 and you will find that before EVERY Heading 2, 3, 4, etc.
there is now a page break. Look at "Heading 2" paragraph style >> Text Flow >>
Breaks is now enabled!

Disable the 'Breaks' option for Heading 2 and all goes back to what it's
supposed to be (the "Breaks not enabled" option is inherited by Heading 3,
Heading 4, etc.)
