it is not possible to assign Ctrl-Key on Mac platform at all.
Actually this is because OOo internally only knows about three modifier keys.
These are Shift, Alt and Ctrl on all platforms but mac. On Mac, Cmd is used
instead of Ctrl - the issue cannotbe fixed unless we introduce a 4th modifier.
