The initial issue is "Worksforme" One can switch to OOo 1.x behavirour using a
compatibility option (Tools|Options->OOo Writer -> Compatibility [x] Use
StarOffice 6.0/7 tabstop-alignment)

But the new behaviour (without the compatibility option) still is not what I
would expect and therefore would like to have some clarification nevertheless:

When using tabs in a right-aligned paragraph, the tabs do not end/start at a
fixed position, instead the effect a tabstop has is a "relative distance" - hard
to describe, much easier to demonstrate:

0) Open a writer document and set the paragraph to right-aligned.
1) Type "a<tab>b"
-> note that neither a nor b start at a tabulator nor ends at a tablulator
2) Add some text after b
-> note that the whole "a<tab>b" moves with the text as if you had typed
      simple spaces instead of tab
(I'd expect the distance between a and b to shrink until a makes a jump to
the left and restore the initial distance, then shrink again, jump left..)
3) add some text after "a"
-> behaves as expected (except for point 1): distance shrinks until a (with
the newly typed text) makes a jump to the left, restoring the initial
distance. As noted in 1) the only problem is that neither start or end of
the elements match one of the tabulator-positions.

Please clarify.
