This string ("reports", and as the same problem for form documents: "forms")
seems to be hard-wired in code. More precise, the text is to show the current
path in the dialog, in case you navigated to a sub folder of your report/form
collection, and the root of the complete collection is called "reports" resp.
"forms".

To fix this, we just need to replace the "reports"/"forms" string with a "/", as
this is what is usually used to indicate the "root path" of a hierarchy of
objects. No translation involved at all.

If somebody thinks this is important enough for 3.0, that'd be fine with me. In
this case, assign the issue to me, since Ocke is on vacation for a while.
