SBA: In general, this one is verified in CWS native156. In CWS I could only test
that all dicts work and are pressent in the respective builds of CWS.
But after integration in Master, it looks like not all versions (i.e. OOo
Language packs) have the correct set of dicts (DEV300m27, DE spell checker
missing in OOO-Dev (DE) Languagepack), see issue 92147.
