Note that when taking a screenshot, the mousepointer is not copied to the 
clipboard, I had to copy that separately, but it looks in the image like it 
does when pointing the mouse at the link, this includes the lack of shadow. On 
the left is what it should look like when using the default mousepointer set. 
A lot of users use one of the other mousepointer sets that come with Windows 
or that they downloaded from the web. Windows comes with several sets, 
including larger pointers, high-contrast pointers and novelty pointers. 
Therefore the program should ask the operating system for the cursor. The 
documentation says it's called IDC_HAND.
