My SO is Mac OS 10.5.4 (but I already noticed this bug when I was using 10.5.2). It could be SO specific, or, more likely, specific for the Aqua version (I have not tried the X11). I am using 3.0.0 beta BEB300m3 Build 9328 (but the problem was present in previous builds). In Calc, you must just select a complete column, and copy or cut it (either menus or shortcut).
