Until now all Basic libraries, both user and shared, are registered in the
($UserInstallation)/basic/script.xlc + dialog.xlc files. This leads to pro-
blems if shared libraries are removed (e.g. between Beta and Final) but a
user installation still exists.
To avoid this shared libraries should be registered in ${OOO_BASE_DIR}/
share/basic/script.xlc + dialog.xlc. The Library Container implementation
already supports xlc files located there. So this issue is only about
moving the shared library entries to new shared xlc files to be added to
the wizards project and to add these files to the installation set.
