%theta produces small theta
%THETA produces capital theta

But it would be good if the latter could be produced also by %Theta

1) is is already proved that humans recognize much faster all-small letters
than all-caps (shape change)
2) less strain (shift+T, then just type small letters, without shift)
3) with more greek symbols the formulas looks ugly because it look like I AM
SHOUTING in math mode

Change won't hurt anyone (don't like it don't use it).
