I checked with "2.4.1 Multilingual version German UI WIN XP:
[680m17(Build9310)]" and can confirm the reported effect.
2.4.1 has the same problem with documents created with "Ooo-dev 3.0.0 Beta
Multilingual version English UI WIN XP: [300m27 (Build9336)]".
"Ooo-dev 3.0.0 Beta Multilingual version English UI WIN XP: [300m27
(Build9336)]" opens "toc-read-only-test.doc" without the reported read only
problem.
So it's definitively an OPEN-IMPORT problem.
We have lots of (related?) "WRITER - save-export" Issues concerning read only
problems with documents containing TOC, (Issue 91282, Issue 87256, Issue 90306)
and Issue 88677 concerning the problem reported here.
It seems that all problems are fixed for 3.x
I will set this issue "blocks 90306", so that it will be checked and may be set
as a DUP of 90306.
