Special conditions:
You need to edit the testtoolrc, that is beside the binary testtool.bin
The [Bootstrap] section *needn't* to be in the ~/.testtoolrc
Special care and testing has to be taken of Platform MacOS X - there
the testtool does still not start without modification, but this is issue 92274
