In lieu of a spec:
UI-wise, this patch adds a fourth tabpage to the "add effect" dialog in Impress,
titled "misc", and containing three additional effects (that only really make
sense on media objects, but don't really do any harm on other shapes - they just
don't do anything). The effects should be self-explanatory.
The media effects get stored and loaded to/from odf, but are not yet
imported/exported for PPT - @sj, maybe something you want to quickly add?
