Repaint-problem, even in older versions. It was not so visible because the
exchanging of toolbars (text->frame) causes a repaint which hides the defect.
BTW: the handles were missed by undo/redo operations as well, e.g. undo and redo
the insertion of a frame/object or undo the deletion of a frame/object.
