I get the following error, whenever I open/create a new document:

Error loading BASIC of document
file:///L:/Programs/Text/OOo-dev/Basis/%203.0/share/basic/Launcher/script.xlb/:
General Error.
General input/output Error.

If I click OK, OOo will open the new document (tested with Writer and Calc), and
everything seems to work fine. I do NOT use any Basic macros, so I am unsure
what this is all about.

There are some peculiarities about my OOo installations:
- I decided first to uninstall any old version of OOo
 -- including OOo 2.4.0 (I did not have 2.4.1)
 -- and OOo-dev 3.0 (m???)
- then I did install OOo-dev 3.0 m28

This should be like a complete fresh install. [Well, some directories and other
things did remain from the old installs, but this is it.]

I do install all my programs on a separate partition. The path for OOo is:
L:/Programs/Text/OOo-dev

OS W2k SP4 en-locale
