DEV300 m_28, SRB 1.0.5 (from Pavel's builds), XP

OOo is using system settings, in my case EN-US. The default paper size is
therefore 'Letter'.

SRB always uses A4 (whatever that is...*smile*)

This has been a problem with SRB in design mode up till now, but one fairly
easily overcome by just fixing the paper size before starting to lay out the
fields - with the introduction of the new Report Wizard it gets a bit more
bothersome as the default is to layout the report in landscape and if the user
selects multiple columns or "blocks" then when a switch is made from A4 to
Letter the page shrinks by ~1 inch and the nicely lined up fields tend to get
out of alignment as it tries to squish the fields and labels together.
