cd->mh: Currently stalled. I have access to the new images for the toolbar. Ause
told me that Volker Ahrendt wants to fix several issues related to images
located in custom_images and default_images in a CWS. That's exactly the
location where I have to put the new images. Unfortunately Volker is in vacation
until Monday 4th of August so I don't know if he has already fixed the issue or
not. It would be bad if his CWS overwrites my changes again.
