All packages containing scripts get automatically a dependency to /bin/sh. This
should be no problem on systems based on rpms. Installation with --nodeps of
course fixes the problem, but destroys the dependency mechanism of the packages.
So using --nodeps is a bad solution.
The main question is, why your system has no /bin/sh in the rpm database.
(We have the same problem for example on Ubuntu systems)
