tkr: You mean like doing it conditionally in the code if the gnome-vfs is
recent enough? Hmm, I don't feel like wanting to invest too much time into
that :-( - I'm afraid it might cause troubles [from maintainability point of
view]...
If there's a an issue like 'we should update our Gnome version some day', I'd
do this one dependant on that one. If not, let's resolve as 'LATER' or
'REMIND', is that OK, please?
