Sorry,
but I have some 1000 (!) installations on XP with OOo 2.X with exactly that
string in the bootstrap.ini.
UserPath=D:/Einstellungen/OpenOffice
They work in the expected manner.
OOo-dev3 m28 Build 9337 does not work with
UserPath=file:///D:/Einstellungen/OpenOffice nor with
UserPath=D:/Einstellungen/OpenOffice on Vista and XP
Please make a short test. Thanks
