In fact the pSet==0 should never happen as SfxMedium::GetItemSet() always
returns a valid pointer. But of course the code using the ternary operator to
initialize pSet here is complete nonsense and just confuses every reader of the
code.
Thanks for pointing to this, this should be fixed!
I assume that in former times GetItemSet() might have been implemented
differently. Such confusion might happen in very old code. ;-)
