I also reproduced this on Windows; after closing the dialog, you have to click
on "rectangle" button again.
MRU->OS: click to draw an object from the drawing toolbar, open e.g. "Line"
dialog from the context, close with OK -> now it is not possible to draw. Have
to click into toolbar again.
