I test this Issue in version m28
(OOo-Dev_DEV300_m28_MacOSXIntel_AQUA_install_en-US.dmg) on MAC OS X 10.5.4.
I saw in the Dialog "Customize", in the Tab "Toolbars" till another small blue
mark, when I deactivate a checkbox. But it is so small, That one needs almost a
magnifying glass...
otherwise work all checkboxes correctly.
I find, this is at the most a P5
