reopen. Cellrange selection not as in the testspecification and not what the
user would expect. Only the targetcell and value selection work. All the other
range-selection fields don't work as expected:
They all insert a cell-range, not a single cell (despite only a single cell
being selected), and all ranges are in the form of $C$3:D4 (i.e. first part
absolute addressing, the second part is missing the $ - for a single-cell
selection the dialog would show $C$3:C3
So: Addressing-type is wrong, and it allows a range for the limiting conditions,
whereas a single-cell selection is to be expected.
