Save as PPT (export): Table border display is incorrect

When saving an ODP file with tables to PPT (Microsoft PowerPoint 97/2000/XP
option), border settings are incorrect when opened in PowerPoint.

Affects PowerPoint 2000, 2002/XP, and 2003. But in PowerPoint 2007, the borders
display correctly.

Tables that are borderless end up with thin, black borders on all sides in
PowerPoint. These borders seem separate from user controlled borders, and they
cannot be removed using PowerPoint border controls. Tables with borders also
display these black hairline borders if the borders are removed in PowerPoint.

The border color also changes. For instance, red borders become dark blue and
orange borders become light blue.

When the PPT file is reopened in Impress, the border visibility is displayed
correctly, but the border color change remains.
