If you check yourself whether you have the most recent driver or not, Version: 10.0.13.2, will be OK. But Version: 10.2.4 S (6 Feb 2008) does the trick! N.B. I have updated Vista to SP1! Might be needed?! <end snip> I tested the solution. The combination of the 10.2.4 driver and SP1 fixes the scrolling problem on my HP Laptop.
