Click "Next" 6. Check "Add Subform", Click "Next" 7. move some of entries from "Available fields" to "Fields in the form" 8. Click "Next" 9. Click "Next" //You can see a form with a subform in the window behind 10. Click "Back" 3 times //Back to "Decide if you want to set up a subform 11. Uncheck "Add Subform" 12. Click "Next" 4 times //You can see the subform always exists 13.
