Ok, thanks, I set this issue to fixed now as it is fixed already within OOo
2.4.1.
@weiz, for the necessary code changes look at
chart2/source/controller/chartapiwrapper/WrappedNumberFormatProperty.cxx and
take the changes from version 1.6 to 1.8.
