Fixed template location (gOfficeBasisPath - gNetzOfficePath + /share/... =
works.
Added minimal testing for template/sample count (only staroffice for which i
have the numbers for sure, OOo can be added if required).
A number of timing issues were resolved, however, ttthe tests still use a
number of older function which have much better implementations after the
testscript speedup earlier this year. This should be a future task, for now we
need to live with the long test runtimes.
