See title. Reason is that in VCL the WinSalGraphics::GetGlyphOutline does
correct a missing end point, but does not initialize the flag value for hat
point, so it can happen to create a last polygon point which is a curve point by
accident (unititialized value). Unix versions (see PolyArgs::ClosePolygon()) are
okay.
