I set up a simple table in Impress 3 Beta 2, with text in the table. It seemed
to work fine. This evening I opened the same file on the same computer, again
using v3.beta2 , and most of the text in the table didn't seem to be there. I
opened the same file in 2.4.1, and the text was all there. It had clearly been
saved, but v3.beta2 wasn't displaying it.
I went back into v3.beta 2, loaded the file and exported to .ppt. The text
was still missing. I loaded the file in 2.4.1 and exported to .ppt: no problem,
there it all was. Weird, huh? I can submit the file for others to experiment
with, but I can't see a link on this page to do that. I presume that will happen
once the "issue" is registered.
