I was expecting the CHITEST() to show the result of the chi-square test. It is showing the p-value of the test instead. That is why the values were never matching up. Although it is nice the function does that in one step (chi-square test + chi-square distribution value), the value of the test itself is not shown. While I'm not saying it shouldn't do this way the function description should clarify that.
