I have a similar fix already in ooo-build, but mine sets the delta value to
1E-6. And it doesn't seem to cause any run-time performance penalties as far as
I've tested it. If there is no specific reason to keep the delta value higher
than 1E-6, I'd vote for a smaller delta. But that's just my opinion.
