This does not only refer to the data source view - also the Gallery is affected.
When dragging something from this window into a Writer document, the view will
scroll upwards at first. This is quite annoying, the mechanism should be a bit
more "intelligent" in this case. E.g. it hould only react when the cursor is
moved upwards to the document border - then it looks, that the user realyy
intends to scroll up.
