this is neither a bug report nor an enhancement request but a support question.
Such requests are answered on the mailing lists especially [EMAIL PROTECTED]
Just place a button on your spreadsheet (tools toolbar) and add an event to it.
Just assign the macro to an event such like onOpen via tools macros
