When I import them into Writer I have problems with these input fields: Using Win2000 there are some unreadable characters in the grey area. Using Debian the files and the input fields seem to be ok, but when you export them to pdf, you have some text, where the input fields have been. My guess is, that this text is some relict from Words form input field properties. We tested various OOo versions and found that it worked with OOo 2.0.4 and 2.4.1 using Debian.
