I would like ability to suppress paragraph breaks in the Table of Contents
generator. Another way of saying this is that I would like the ability to merge
two or more outline or heading levels.
For example:
Chapter 1: Info
Section 1: Info
Section 2: Info
Section 3: Info
Would become
Chapter 1: Info
Section 1: Info Section 2: Info Section 3: Info
