The Hyperlink Bar is not initially present until it is added to the view being used. The Hyperlink Bar remains greyed out at all times including when the instructions are followed. It seems as if the procedure is supposed to be like it is in MS Access but something has not been completed in the programming. the "issues" files don't seem to contain this specific query.
