There was no QuickStart module choice in the Bug Report selection. The QuickStart functions only once and will not start again unless soffice.exe and .bin are removed from the Windows XP Process list. Once the two files are removed, the QuickStart functions as expected. Thank you for your very prompt attention to my bug report.
