looks like I was much to precautious while removing lr-space attributes from old
presentations. I now also remove them from styles that had enable-numbering set
to true.
I was afraid to remove lr-space from styles that are used from shapes without
bullets but while I tried to do a bugdoc in OOo 2.4 to create a non bulleted
text shape with a style that contained a lr-space item, OOo always sets a hard
lr-space at the shape, so using lr-space from style was not even possible in OOo
2.x :-(
fixed in impress152 for OOo 3.0
