AS->PL: as discussed ... should be fixed for an OOo 3.1 ... not yet.
BTW: If you need anindicator if recovery is still in progress or not ...
The Recovery service is a singleton be design (not by implementation only). So
it would be possible to add a property set to the implementation where you can
ask for something like "IsInProgress" [boolean] ... Please contact me for
