2008 -------
Just upgraded to build BEB300_M3. As Regina recommended, I checked the setting
for "Expand references when new columns/rows are inserted" and it was unchecked.
Now that it is checked the issue is resolved.
I don't recall doing this for version 2 so it must have been defaulted to that
setting.
