1) The inconsistency core -> labels (click on "Classic", get "High-Contrast") is
now fixed in OOo m3 (issue 91791)
2) The wrong order of labels is tracked for 3.0.1 in issue 91924.
3) This issue (add "Classic" theme) is fixed
