I notice this behavior in x86_64 version of OpenOffice.org for Linux, I tried
OOODev3 m2 and m28, but also Ubuntu's 2.4.0 and 2.4.1 x86_64 versions all with
the same behavior.

Simply create a footer in Writer, put a hyperling targetting anywhere IN THE
SAME document (a good example is a link to go back to the table of content of
the document, the type of link you may often find in a footer).

The created hyperlink is fully functionnal in Writer but doesn't work anymore in
the exported pdf.

Such link is fully functionnal in the Windows version of OOODEV3 when exported
in pdf.
