shlxthdl.dll is not found where it is registered. Therefor Explorer try to find
it in PATH. For 2.4.1 not reproducable, works as designed.
Maybe an uncomplete uninstall caused the problem.
But - three layer office has broken the mechanism for OOo 3.0 the Windows shell
extension (search, properties, column handler, preview) do not work anymore.
- shlxthdl.dll is registered in the brand layer but actually resides in the base
layer.
- shlxthdl.dll can not be loaded even if it's found at the right place because
of dependencies to uwinapi.dll and stl_portxxx.dll in URE layer.
Changed Target to 3.0
